4 Days Kidepo Valley National Park Safari. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Kitgum.
After an early breakfast, meet and greet with the company driver to the park by our company representative who is well conversant with the information about the park -brief you about the safari highlights. The journey takes you about 12-13 hours covering a distance 452km far north of Kampala town and have enroute lunch in Gulu town then proceed to Kitgumu for the overnight stay.

Journey time: 45 minutes
Day 2: Kitgum to Kidepo Valley National Park
Delight in a morning breakfast, then proceed to the park through kakwanga and loitanit villages, the journey takes 3 hours drive to the park. Upon arrival check in at the hotel, have lunch and relax. In late afternoon head with your driver guide to explore the park and later return to the lodges for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Game drive, lunch and checking out.
On this day, after having breakfast go for a game drive and see many intriguing wildlife species including big mammals like the lions, buffaloes, elephants, warthogs, leopards, giraffes mention a few. Later return the lodge, check out and drive to Gulu city for with an enroute lunch and an overnight stay in Gulu.

Nature walk is done in the Bigodi Swamp this is to enable you spot primates like Vervet & L’Hoest monkey and also observe plenty of bird species. You will return to the lodge in the evening for your dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4: Travelling back to Kampala.
Immediately after the delicious breakfast, begin on the Journey back to Kampala enjoying lunch enroute and arriving the late evening, your driver drops you at your hotel of residence in Kampala or at the airport to catch up with your flight back home or to the next safari destination.
