Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi  to Lake Nakuru National Park

Today enjoy an early breakfast, meet and greet with our company driver-guide at the hotel ready to start your safari. Later set off your roadtrip to  to Lake Nakuru National Park, on arrival, head out for a mid-morning game drive safari to explore the park. After the awesome experience, drive to the lodge check in at the lodge for lunch and short nap. Later in the afternoon head out for an afternoon game drive to search for the hidden gem for the park. After the unbeatable experience return to th lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:Transfer from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Park

Delight in an early breakfast, check out of the lodge and head out for a morning game drive safari as you exit Lake Nakuru National Park for the drive to Maasai Mara arriving. Upon arrival in the park, check in at your booked lodge for lunch and head out for the afternoon game drive to explore Maasai Mara National Park plus its stunning beauty. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day experience at Masai Mara National Park

Today you shall spend the entire day while experiencing Maasai National Park as you catch glimpse of the eye catching landscape favoring the survival of a diversity of intriguing wildlife species. On your game safari, you drive to Mara River to see the hippos and the Nile crocodiles. If you are lucky enough, you shall experience perhaps the most spectacular event that is a natural world takes place here annually, you shall sight other wildlife like lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures among others in the park. Groove on the lots of animals that congregate at the shores of the river to quench off their thirsty and take a bath. Expect to enjoy a picnic lunch under tree as you groove on the mesmerizing landscape beauty. Later, return to lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 4: Transfer to Masai Mara National Park to Bungoma Border

Today wake up early for breakfast, check out of the lodge and join your driver guide for the drive to Bungoma town. Enjoying lunch enroute, on arrival at your booked hotel, have dinner and an overnight at Bungoma tourist hotel.

Day 5: Transfer from Bungoma to Kampala

After your breakfast, check out and set off your journey to Kampala, the roadtrip takes you through Malaba border, continue with the journey with an enroute lunch, arriving Kampala city in the afternoon, check in at your booked hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer Kampala  to Murchison Falls

Today wake up early for breakfast, meet with the company driver  and straight away start your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You shall have your first stopover at the famous Luwero triangle to buy some fruits which include; oranges, mangoes, pineapples and so many others. Lunch will be taken at Masindi Hotel, after proceed to the park and visit top of the falls  which is one of the star attractions in the area before proceeding to your lodge where you shall unwind for the rest of the evening. Drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 7: Explore Murchison Falls National Park

A Comprehensive Guide To A Safari In Uganda's Murchison Falls National Park

Wake up early for you’re a cup of coffee and join your driver for an early morning game drive around the Buligi game tracks on the northern bank with a trained ranger guide to see several animals in the Nile valley like: jackals, Lions, herds of buffaloes, waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest, Rothschild’s giraffe, elephant, oribi and baboons and so many other early risers. After the awesome experience get back to the lodge for lunch and a short nap. In the afternoon you shall go for a launch cruise on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of Murchison falls. Spot the bank residents which include:  the largest hippos and crocodiles, small herds of buffalo. There is rich birdlife on the papyrus banks, encounter shoebill stork, the most sought after bird in Africa. There after drive back to your hotel for dinner, some drinks and an overnight.

Day 8:  Transfer from Murchison falls to Fort Portal Town

After your early breakfast, check out of the lodge and transfer from Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest National Park to Fort Portal with spectacular views of the rift valley, great Lake Albert, the Rwenzori ranges, the beautiful Lakes George and Edward, generally the western Albertine rift valley environment. Dinner and overnight at Mountains of the moon lodge.

Day 9:  Transfer for Bwindi impenetrable Forest National Park

Delight in an early breakfast then we depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park driving through the Ishasha sector south of Queen Elizabeth National Park to see the tree climbing lions. No where in Africa you would stand a better chance to see this than in the large low fig trees of Ishasha. Enjoy lunch enroute proceed with a drive to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National ark, and to your lodge for check in.

Day 10:  Mountain Gorilla Tracking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Today wake up early for breakfast, drive to the park office headquarters for registration and where you shall be briefed about the mountain gorilla trekking exercise. You shall then be divided in groups and guided by an expert ranger who knows best where to track the habituated gorilla family. Tracking time is usually a minimum of 2hrs and a maximum of 7hrs. You shall be given time with the gorillas like 1hr to enjoy the thrilling and emotional moment with them. Return to your lodge for lunch, and in the afternoon go for an optional community walk.

Later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for a boat cruise on lake Bunyonyi, which is Uganda’s deepest and most beautiful Lake. The boat cruise takes you straight to your booked lodge in Bunyonyi.

Day 11:  Return to Kampala

Wake up early for breakfast, checkout of your hotel and enjoy a boat cruise or Canoe ride to explore the 29 breath taking Islands including the punishment Island. You shall have chance to meet with the local people  and then later after unbeatable epic adventure,  set off for Kampala with one stopover to take pictures at the Uganda equator monuments.  Then continue to Kampala or Entebbe. On arrival your driver drops you at your booked hotel or at Entebbe Airport to catch up with booked flight back home or to the next safari destination.

Note: Activities on the day 1 depends on your arrival time in the country due to the distance between safari destinations and airport.
