2 Days Kibale Chimpanzee Trekking Tour Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Kibale
After an early breakfast, meet with the company driver for a transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, the journey takes you via the towns of Mityana, Mubende Kyenjojo and mesmerizing green tea plantations of Fort Portal where you enjoy lunch and proceed to the park. Upon arrival, for check in at your booked lodge, relax and later on in the evening take dinner plus an overnight.

Journey time: 45 minutes
Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and travelling back to Kampala.
After your morning breakfast head out for briefying at the park headquarters at kanyanchu about the trekking exercise, here you learn about the dos and donts in the forest while trekking. Ranger guides join you and transfer to the starting point to begin trek. Early Morning trek gives you chance to see many primates including habituated chimpanzee so fast. Some of the stunning primate you find along the trekking exercise include the black and white colobus monkey, red tailed monkey, L’Hoest monkeys, Mangabey among others plus many various bird species.
After the awesome adventure, return to the lodge for lunch, check out and drive back to Kampala.
End of the tour.
