2 days Rwanda gorilla trekking. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: transfer to Kigali and genocide memorial site.
Meet and greet with the company guide at the airport, head to Kigali the capital of Rwanda for a city tour. You can visit the local markets, the king’s palace and the Rwanda museum. After there proceed to Kigali Gisozi genocide war memorial ground which took place in 1994 to learn more about it with lunch enroute. continue with a 2 to 3 hours drive to volcanoes national park which gives you a sight of magnificent mountains and beautiful green country side along the way to the park and also view of the thousand hills of Rwanda. Check in at the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at your booked lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking at the volcanoes national park and departure.
Delight in a morning breakfast, after head to Kinigi park head quarters for briefing about the dos and don’ts while in the park for gorilla trekking. If interested you can ask for a porter and then you continue with your trekking plus the guide. Choose one family among the 10 habituated gorilla groups then start the trekking in different angels of the park which takes one to five hours and once you meet a gorilla group spend 1 hour with it learning its behaviors and lifestyles, taking their photos with no flash cameras or phones for remembrance. head back to the starting point, meet your guide drives you back to the lodge for lunch have a nap then back to Kigali international airport to catch your booked flight back home.
