Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Welcome to Kenya
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where your safari representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi. Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the Giraffe Centre, the Karen Blixen Museum, or simply unwind at your lodge surrounded by lush gardens. Enjoy dinner and rest ahead of your upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Fly to Maasai Mara National Reserve – Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous safari destination. On arrival, your driver-guide will transfer you to your luxury lodge or tented camp.
After lunch, head out for your first game drive across the rolling golden plains of the Mara. Expect to encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and cheetahs roaming freely in this wildlife paradise. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for a sumptuous dinner and relaxation under a star-filled sky.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

The trek may take between two to six hours depending on their movement, but the reward is priceless — an hour spent observing these gentle giants up close as they feed, groom, and interact.
After your trek, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a nature walk or visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village to experience Rwandan traditions through music, dance, and storytelling.

Each trek offers a unique experience, as the terrain, behavior, and composition of gorilla groups vary.
