All the bookings done with Jeisking tours are eligible or subject to following terms;
Price of trip includes – Private Ground transport (4×4 safari car, driver guide fuel), entry fees to all parks listed in the itinerary, all activities mentioned (boat cruise, game drive among others), all meals and accommodation. This is if there’s nothing else that has been agreed on.
Prices do not include international flights (unless its a special agreement), beverages, insurance, items for personal use, tips and visa fees.
Adjustments after booking
In case you need changes to be made in your designed itinerary after booking, we will surely do it if at all its possible. it is important to that booked dates for gorilla and chimpanzee trekking cannot be changed after the booking is done.
Changes in itinerary
In case of unpredictable circumstances (like bad weather, challenges with hotels, road closures, security conditions among others) Jeisking Tours Ltd make changes in the itinerary. All the changes and such bad circumstances will surely be informed to you very soon.
Payment
With making the booking possible, surely the down payment is asked for (the payment includes gorilla/chimpanzee permits if you are to do both or one of them. This is because they have to be secured right away). Latest should be a month before the date of your travel, all payments should be done fully by then (unless other terms have been agreed upon). Bookings done within one month of departure should strictly be paid full in connection to booking. After issuing you a receipt of the first down payment, Jeisking ours Ltd will take all the necessary steps to make sure your booking is of items specified in your designed itinerary is secured.
Means of payment
Payment from abroad is supposed to be carried out through bank transfer to our account in Uganda. Transfer fees are all paid by the client. Payment in cash is accepted in EURO, GB pound sterling or USD.
During the safari
Animals in the parks are really wild therefore there is no guarantee given about good sighting especially during trekking or game drives though our ranger guides do their best to make sure that you have the best experience you have ever imagined.
Vehicles
We really do our best to get cars that are roadworthy. Despite all the punctures, damage, breakdowns or any other delay which occurs due to poor roads are out of our control therefore for this, no liability is accepted.
Cancellations
- 60 days to start off your journey 10% charge
- 59-32 days to start of safari 25% charge
- 31-8 days to start of safari 50% charge
- 7-3 to start of safari 75% charge
- 2-0 days to start of safari 100% charge
- Gorilla Permits and flight tickets are excluded from the percentages above and 100% non-refundable.
Complaints
In case of any issue during the safari, it should be reported immediately to the guide and we promise to do our best to solve it. If at all a challenge has not been resolved to the client’s satisfaction, a written e mail should be sent to us not later than 30 days after the safari.
Liability
Jesking tours limited won’t allow liability or compensation for an unforeseen challenge that which is out of our control. These include; boarder closure, epidemics, wars, theft, flight cancellations/ delays, bad weather conditions, strikes, acts of the government, mechanical problems among others.
Insurance
It is the client’s duty to ensure that they have enough coverage with travel insurance.
Health
It is also a client’s responsibility to make sure that proper medical precautions have been taken (immunization among others)
